Artistic Director and Conductor | Bradley Kauffman
Bradley Kauffman is a conductor, composer, writer, and teacher drawn to communal artistic connections. Innovative programming, artistic acuity, and humor are hallmarks of his work, drawing singers together to shape memorable performances where diverse compositional voices join in conversation.
Bradley was the project director and general editor for Voices Together (MennoMedia, 2020), a new hymnal for congregations in Mennonite Church USA and Mennonite Church Canada. He earned degrees from Goshen College, where he studied with Doyle Preheim, and the University of Iowa under the mentorship of Timothy Stalter. Before moving to Indiana in 2020, he lived and worked in Iowa, Kansas, and Ohio. In demand as a guest conductor, Bradley has conducted Muse (Cincinnati’s Women’s Choir), the Reno County Choral Society (Kansas), and numerous high school festivals. He led the Hesston College (Kansas) Bel Canto Singers on domestic tours spanning 24 states and led Hesston choirs on four European tours.
Bradley mentors young professionals as a Project Manager with enFocus, Inc. He lives in Goshen’s Shanklin Millrace neighborhood with his spouse, Renee Kanagy, and their children, Lucca and Rowan.

Membership
The Chorale welcomes new members who have a background in choral singing and who wish to commit themselves to regular attendance at rehearsals and to learning challenging repertoire.
Participation is open to persons who are residents of Elkhart County or the surrounding counties.
Membership dues are assessed from each participant but will be waived in the case of financial hardship.
For persons with prior choral experience auditions are not ordinarily required. A special “Choral Scholars” program to support the participation of high school students with superior ability and maturity is an important part of the Chorale’s operations.
The Chorale has adopted a broad non-discrimination policy and welcomes persons from diverse backgrounds. The Chorale’s rehearsal and performance venues are handicapped accessible.
